Following these simple yet important shipping rules and techniques will ensure the safe arrival of your photos.

• Please place your photographs in the order that you would like them to appear on the video, number each photograph on the back using a mini post it note. DO NOT USE PEN, the ink can rub off on the face of your photos and a pen could ruin them. (If you don't number your photos, we will choose the order for you.)
• If you are sending in a CD of your digital pictures, name them before burning them to a disk.
• All photographs, slides and documents will be returned to you along with your completed video.
• Print out our planner and fill it out for the package of your choice. The more organized you are and the more detailed information you can provide us the more enjoyable your show will be for you and the faster we will be able to complete it.
• We require full payment upon receipt of your photos.
• Place your photos and/or digital disc, music disc, a copy of your completed order form, your show planner, along with a check or money order for payment in full, in a sturdy mailing box or a padded tear resistant envelope and, using a traceable carrier, such as UPS or FedEx. send to:
